Terms & Conditions

Services Provided

WixBear provides the following services:

 

  • Custom website design and development

  • E-commerce site setup and configuration

  • Ongoing site maintenance and support

  • Social media content packages

  • Additional services via Add-ons (e.g., booking setup, integrations)

 

All websites are built using Wix unless otherwise stated.

Deliverables

Each service package includes specific deliverables, clearly stated on our pricing page. Any work beyond these scopes may require additional payment via Add-ons or a custom quote.

 

Clients are responsible for providing:

 

  • All written content, images, and branding unless otherwise agreed

  • Access to relevant accounts or business info required for project setup

Timeline

Project timelines vary depending on the scope. We aim to deliver most websites within 7–21 business days. Delays due to incomplete information, missed approvals, or late content submission are not our responsibility.

Payment Terms

All setup fees are paid in advance, unless otherwise arranged. Monthly subscriptions (e.g., care plans, social media) are billed automatically on a rolling basis until cancelled.

 

No service will begin until payment is received.

Revisions

Revision limits vary by package and are clearly defined prior to project start. Additional changes beyond your included revisions may be billed as add-on services.

Ownership & Transfer

  • The website is considered complete and fully owned by you

  • If requested, the site will be transferred to your personal Wix account

  • Otherwise, WixBear may retain administrative access (especially for clients on active care plans)

 

You are free to request full ownership transfer at any time.

Cancellations & Refunds

We do not offer refunds on completed or partially completed design work.

 

Ongoing subscriptions (e.g., care plans) can be cancelled at any time. You will not be charged in the following billing cycle.

Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

 

  • Provide accurate and complete information for your project

  • Respond to communication in a timely manner

  • Respect project boundaries and agreed timelines

 

Failure to do so may result in delivery delays or project termination.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

 

  • Downtime or errors caused by Wix platform outages

  • Third-party apps or services you use independently

  • Business losses (e.g., revenue, profit) due to website or service issues

 

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant service.

Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be handled in UK courts.
